Myron Funt, the man behind the pawnshops of Sunrise City, recently came into possession of an interesting piece of pre-collapse technology: a powerful gaming laptop produced by Alienware.While Funt is always looking for a way to turn a buck, he's a sporting man at heart and the thought of the city's Most Wanted criminal element shooting itself up for a chance to win this prize, well, it just made him chuckle with uncontained malicious mirth.
Funt put the word out that the survivors of the month-long shootout would get their names in a lottery, with their rep determining their odds of winning. As more people signed up, Funt knew the odds would get longer for everyone. But that's part of the game, and if you want to win the prize, you better shoot to kill.
HOW TO WIN
Overall standings for the event will be based on the player's PvP rating from 12:01 AM Eastern Standard Time on September 15th through 11:59 PM Eastern Standard Time on October 15th.A player's PvP rating will be determined by a summation of their scores from all PvP matches played during that time.
Any player that participates in a PvP match during the contest will be automatically entered into the raffle, assuming they are eligible to win prizes and do not violate any of the stated rules/eligibility requirements.
Instances may run past 11:59 PM Eastern Standard Time on October 15th Eastern Standard Time, but only if they began before the cut-off time.
Chances of winning are dependent on the number of entrants; each entrant will receive a given number of chances to win the raffle, based upon their leaderboard ranking and the total number of entrants. Example: If there are 300 entrants, the top finisher will receive the most raffle tickets with each lower ranking participant receiving a correspondingly smaller number of tickets. The last place finisher will receive only a single ticket.
To be eligible to win prizes, all participants agree to the Official Rules for the Most Wanted PvP Event, including the rules listed in this post and those found on the Official Rules Page for this event.
Only US residents are eligible to win physical prizes, including CrimeCraft-branded clothing and the Alienware notebook. Non-US residents are eligible to win only digital prizes with no official retail value.
Each unique CrimeCraft account is eligible to win only one prize.
Players may be disqualified from the event for any reason, including violations of the rules of conduct. Rulings on eligibility will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Events are subject to change, including changes of date and time, or even cancellation, without warning or prior notification. Rulings on eligibility, prizes, and any other aspect of these events will be left to the discretion of Vogster. Any unforeseen interruption in game play that affects events, such as (but not limited to) server crashes, will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.

By entering, each entrant agrees that he/she has read and accepted all of these Official Rules. Entries must be received between September 15, 2009 12:01 am (Eastern Standard Time) and October 15, 2009 11:59 pm (Eastern Standard Time). Vogster Entertainment, LLC ('Vogster Entertainment') assumes no responsibility for lost, misdirected, technically corrupted, mutilated or late entries or entries containing incorrect or incomplete information. Only entries received within the timeframe described above that contain the required information will be considered eligible entries. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received. Vogster Entertainment shall select the prize winner on or about October 29, 2009 by random drawing from among all eligible entries received. Potential winner will be notified by e-mail and must respond within seven (7) calendar days or an alternate winner will be chosen.
The prize will be shipped to the winner within 6-8 weeks of the receipt by Vogster Entertainment of the signed affidavit and release for the approved winner. Prize is not transferable. No substitution or transfer of prize for cash or other goods or services is permitted, except Vogster Entertainment reserves the right to provide substitute prizes of approximately equal value. The winner is responsible for all applicable taxes. The sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 48 continental United States, Hawaii, Alaska and the District of Columbia, who are eighteen (18) years or older at the time of entry. Only one entry per person is allowed. More than one entry from any person or email address may void all entries from that person or e-mail address. Employees of Vogster Entertainment and its affiliates, and immediate family members of such employees, are not eligible to enter. This sweepstakes is subject to all applicable laws and is void where prohibited. By participating in this sweepstakes, entrant agrees to abide and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Vogster Entertainment, which shall be final and binding. All entries become the sole and exclusive property of Vogster Entertainment and will not be acknowledged or returned, and Vogster shall be entitled to use any and all ideas, information and suggestions provided in survey responses for any purpose, in any and all media now known or hereinafter created, throughout the world, and with no compensation, credit or other acknowledgment to the entrant.
WINNER ASSUMES ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURIES OR DAMAGE CAUSED OR CLAIMED TO BE CAUSED BY PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR BY THE USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE.
The prize winner must be eighteen (18) years or older, and will be further required to submit an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release and confirmation that the prize winner has followed the Official Rules, in the form supplied by Vogster Entertainment (the "Affidavit and Release"), signed by the prize winner. The Affidavit and Release must be signed and returned within seven (7) days of receipt thereof by the prize winner. In the event the Affidavit and Release is not returned as described above, an alternate winner may be selected for such prize. Any prize notification or prize returned to Vogster Entertainment as undeliverable will result in the awarding of that prize to an alternate winner (who will be required to comply with similar procedures).

In the event of any dispute regarding the identity of an entrant, entries made by Internet will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. Authorized account holder is deemed as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, service provider or other online organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. If the potentially winning entry is an Internet or other computer entry, the potential winner may be requested to provide Vogster Entertainment with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the potentially winning entry.
